      alba soboni is a registered Ukrainian brand specializing in the production of bags, clothing, and textiles made from linen. We would love to call ourselves young, but that’s not the case. We are experienced! The brand started its history back in 1999.

      alba soboni is a touch of Italy in Ukraine. The first word in the company name, “alba,” means “dawn” in Italian, and the second, “soboni,” is derived from the founders’ surnames.

      alba soboni is full-cycle production. From the idea to the finished product, everything is created at our factory.

      We offer two payment options:
      PAY NOW – this is online payment through the WayForPay payment system.

      When paying for an order, there is no commission charged to the buyer.
      After clicking the PAY NOW button, you can make a payment using:

      When choosing the PAY NOW method, the system processes your payment. You will receive an automatic notification from your bank about the successful transaction.       Payment upon receipt of the goods at the branch, in the parcel locker, or upon delivery to the address.
      In this case, the buyer pays the delivery cost and the money transfer fee, which is 20 UAH + 2% of the order value.

      For example:
      order value 2000 UAH.
      2% = 40 UAH + 20 UAH.
      Money transfer fee: 60 UAH.

      We strive to ensure that your purchase brings you only positive emotions.
      By making a purchase in our online store, you can be confident in the protection of your buyer’s rights.
      Delivery of the goods is carried out by any transport company from the proposed list. By following the link, you can choose the transport company’s branch closest to you:

      • Nova Poshta: at the branch, in the parcel locker, home delivery
      • Ukrposhta: at the branch
      All transportation costs are paid by the buyer, or you can take advantage of the FREE DELIVERY offer.
      The delivery time of the goods depends on the order volume and product availability in the warehouse, with an average period of 1-5 working days. Information about the delivery time is communicated by the manager when confirming the order.
      RETURNS
      We have developed a simple and convenient return/exchange procedure.
      If for some reason the purchased product does not meet your expectations: the size is not right, the color does not match your look, or there is any other circumstance discovered within 14 days from the date of purchase, you can confidently return the product to us.
      To make an exchange/return, follow these 3 steps:
      1. Call us at one of the phone numbers listed in the CONTACTS section on the alba-soboni.ua website.
      2. Pack the returned product, keeping the tags and brand labels associated with the product.
      3. Return it in any way convenient for you.
      *We will not be able to receive your package if it is sent with cash on delivery.
      Return shipping costs:
      If the received product does not meet your expectations for any reason, you make the return. After the product arrives at the warehouse and its condition is checked, an exchange for another item or a refund will be made. In this case, the transportation costs for returning/exchanging the product are paid by the buyer.
      If the received product has defects or differs from the ordered one, you make the return. After the product arrives at our warehouse and its condition is checked, an exchange for the product or a refund will be made. In this case, the transportation costs for returning/exchanging the product are paid by the alba-soboni.ua online store.
      Product exchange:
      Are there obvious signs of defects? If any defects are noticed, presumably caused by the manufacturer, contact us immediately. Such situations are extremely rare and are resolved on an individual basis. We will exchange the product immediately after it arrives at our warehouse and its condition is checked.
      Refunds:
      Have you decided to return the product and get your money back? We will refund it within 3 working days after the product arrives at our warehouse and its condition is checked, by transferring the funds to the buyer’s account or in any other convenient way for you.
      Are there any restrictions on returns/exchanges?
      • Products that have been used are not subject to return/exchange.
      • The presence of undamaged tags and brand packaging on the products is mandatory!
      • Return/exchange is possible only if the product was purchased on alba-soboni.ua!

    • Public contract

      PUBLIC AGREEMENT (OFFER)

      for ordering, purchasing, and delivering goods.
      This agreement is an official and public offer from the Seller to conclude a sales contract for the Goods presented on the website alba-soboni.ua. This agreement is public, meaning that according to Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are the same for all buyers regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur) without giving preference to one buyer over another. By entering into this Agreement, the buyer fully accepts the terms and procedures for ordering, paying for, delivering, and returning the goods, as well as the responsibility for dishonest orders and all other terms of the agreement. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment the buyer clicks the “CONFIRM ORDER” or “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” button on the order page in the “CART” section and the buyer receives an electronic confirmation of the order from the Seller.

      1. Definitions
      1.1. Public offer (hereinafter – the “Offer”) – a public proposal from the Seller, addressed to an indefinite number of persons, to conclude a sales contract for goods remotely (hereinafter – the “Agreement”) under the terms contained in this Offer.

      1.2. Goods or Services – the subject of the agreement between the parties, which was chosen by the buyer on the website of the online store and placed in the cart, or already purchased by the Buyer from the Seller remotely.

      1.3. Online Store – the Seller’s website at alba-soboni.ua, created for the conclusion of retail and wholesale sales contracts based on the Buyer’s acquaintance with the description of the Goods offered by the Seller via the Internet.

      1.4. Buyer – a legally capable individual who has reached the age of 18, receives information from the Seller, places an order for the purchase of goods presented on the website of the online store for purposes not related to entrepreneurial activities, or a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur.

      1.5. Seller – Private Entrepreneur Dmytro Eduardovych Soboliev (TIN 2525509116), located at: 42706 Sumy region, city of Okhtyrka, street Ivan Shapoval, building 8.

      2. Subject of the Agreement

      2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods into the ownership of the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.

      2.2. The date of conclusion of the Offer Agreement (acceptance of the offer) and the moment of the Buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Agreement shall be the date of the Buyer’s completion of the order form located on the website of the online store, provided the Buyer receives an electronic confirmation of the order from the Seller. If necessary, at the Buyer’s request, the Agreement can be executed in writing.

      3. Ordering

      3.1. The Buyer independently places an order in the online store through the “Cart” form, or by placing an order via email or by phone indicated in the contact section of the online store.

      3.2. The Seller has the right to refuse to transfer the order to the Buyer if the information provided by the Buyer during the order is incomplete or raises suspicion about its validity.

      3.3. When placing an order on the website of the online store, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following mandatory information required by the Seller to fulfill the order:

      3.3.1. the Buyer’s surname, first name;

      3.3.2. the address to which the Goods should be delivered (if delivery to the Buyer’s address);

      3.3.3. contact phone number.

      3.3.4. Identification code for a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur.

      3.4. The name, quantity, article, price of the Goods chosen by the Buyer are indicated in the Buyer’s cart on the website of the online store.

      3.5. If either party to the agreement requires additional information, they have the right to request it from the other party. In case of non-provision of the necessary information by the Buyer, the Seller is not responsible for providing a quality service to the Buyer when purchasing goods in the online store.

      3.6. When placing an order through the Seller’s operator (p. 3.1 of this Offer), the Buyer undertakes to provide the information specified in p. 3.3 – 3.4 of this Offer.

      3.7. Acceptance of the Buyer’s terms of this Offer is carried out by entering the Buyer’s relevant data in the form on the website of the online store or when placing an order through the operator. After placing an order through the Operator, the Buyer’s data is entered into the Seller’s database.

      3.8. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.

      3.9. By concluding the Agreement, that is, accepting the terms of this offer (the proposed terms of purchasing the Goods), by placing an Order, the Buyer confirms the following:

      a) The Buyer is fully acquainted with and agrees to the terms of this offer (offer);

      b) The Buyer gives permission for the collection, processing, and transfer of personal data, permission for the processing of personal data is valid throughout the term of the Agreement, as well as for an unlimited period after its expiration. In addition, by concluding the agreement, the Buyer confirms that they are informed (without additional notification) about the rights established by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data,” about the purposes of data collection, as well as that their personal data is transferred to the Seller to fulfill the terms of this Agreement, the possibility of mutual settlements, as well as to receive invoices, acts, and other documents. The Buyer also agrees that the Seller has the right to provide access and transfer their personal data to third parties without any additional notifications to the Buyer to fulfill the Buyer’s order. The scope of the Buyer’s rights, as a subject of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data,” is known and understandable to them.

      4. Price and Delivery of Goods

      4.1 Prices for Goods and services are determined by the Seller independently and are indicated on the website of the online store. All prices for Goods and services are indicated on the website in hryvnias.

      4.2 Prices for Goods and services may be changed by the Seller unilaterally depending on market conditions. At the same time, the price of a separate unit of Goods, the cost of which has been fully paid by the Buyer, cannot be changed by the Seller unilaterally.

      4.3. The cost of the Goods indicated on the website of the online store does not include the cost of delivering the Goods to the Buyer (exception – offer for free delivery). The cost of delivering the Goods is paid by the Buyer according to the current tariffs of delivery services (carriers) directly to the chosen delivery service (carrier).

      4.4. The cost of the Goods indicated on the website of the online store does not include the cost of delivering the Goods to the Buyer’s address.

      4.5. The Seller may indicate the approximate cost of delivering the Goods to the Buyer’s address when the Buyer requests the Seller by sending a letter to the email or when placing an order through the operator of the online store.

      4.6. The Buyer’s obligations to pay for the Goods are considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are received by the Seller.

      4.7. Settlements between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods are made in the ways indicated on the website of the online store in the “Payment” section.

      4.8. Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must check the compliance of the Goods with the quality and quantity characteristics (name of the goods, quantity, completeness) in the presence of the delivery service representative (carrier).

      4.9. The Buyer or their representative, when accepting the Goods, confirms with their signature on the receipt/in the order/in the consignment note for the delivery of goods that they have no claims regarding the quantity of the goods, their external appearance, and completeness.

      4.10. Ownership and the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods pass to the Buyer or their representative from the moment the Goods are received by the Buyer in the city of delivery of the Goods during the self-delivery of the Goods from the Seller or when the Seller hands over the goods to the delivery service (carrier) chosen by the Buyer.

      5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

      5.1. The Seller is obliged:

      5.1.1. To transfer the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Buyer’s order.

      5.1.2. Not to disclose any private information about the Buyer and not to provide access to this information to third parties, except as provided by law and during the execution of the Buyer’s order.

      5.2. The Seller has the right:

      5.2.1 To change the terms of this Agreement, as well as prices for Goods and services, unilaterally by posting them on the website of the online store. All changes take effect from the moment they are posted on the website of the online store.

      5.3. The Buyer is obliged:

      5.3.1. Before the conclusion of the Agreement, to familiarize themselves with the content and terms of the Agreement, the prices for the Goods offered by the Seller on the website of the online store.

      5.3.2. To get acquainted with the information about the Goods that the Seller places on the website of the online store.

      5.3.3. To pay for and receive the order under the terms of this Agreement.

      5.4. The Buyer has the right:

      5.4.1 To place an order in the online store.

      5.4.2. To require the Seller to fulfill the terms of this Agreement.

      6. Liability of the Parties

      6.1. The Parties are responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement in the manner provided by this Agreement and current legislation of Ukraine.

      6.2. In case of force majeure circumstances, the Parties are exempt from fulfilling the terms of this Agreement. Force majeure circumstances for the purposes of this Agreement mean events of an extraordinary, unavoidable, and objective nature that exclude or objectively hinder the execution of this Agreement, the occurrence of which the Parties could not foresee and prevent by reasonable measures.

      6.3. The party referring to force majeure must, within 5 (five) calendar days, notify the other party in writing about the occurrence of such circumstances.

      6.4. If due to force majeure circumstances, non-fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement continues for more than five months, either of the Parties has the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally by notifying the other party in writing.

      7. Other Conditions

      7.1. The information provided by the Buyer is confidential. The Seller uses the information about the Buyer exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the Buyer’s order, sending messages to the Buyer, delivering goods, making mutual settlements, etc.

      7.2. By self-acquiring the Goods, the Buyer grants the Seller permission to send information about the Goods, ongoing promotions, and other events to the Buyer’s email and phone number.

      7.3. The Buyer gives the Seller the right to collect, process, and store the Buyer’s personal data for the purposes of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement.

      7.4. The Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

      7.5. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer accepts the terms of this Offer and makes an advance payment for the order in the manner provided for in this Offer.

      8. Duration of the Agreement and Procedure for Its Termination

      8.1. The Agreement comes into force from the moment of its conclusion (acceptance of the offer) and is valid until the fulfillment of all terms of the Agreement.

      8.2. Before the expiration of the Agreement, this Agreement can be terminated by mutual agreement of the Parties.

      8.3. The Parties have the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally in case of non-fulfillment by one of the Parties of the terms of this Agreement and in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.

      9. Final Provisions

      9.1. This Agreement is an offer.

      9.2. By agreeing to this Agreement, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree with the terms of this Agreement.

      9.3. By accepting this offer, the Buyer agrees to all terms of this Agreement, and also gives consent to the Seller for the processing of personal data for the purposes of fulfilling this Agreement, conducting settlements, receiving invoices, acts, and other documents, as well as for marketing purposes and sending information about Goods, promotions, and other events to the Buyer’s email and phone number.

      RETURNS

After the product arrives at our warehouse and its condition is checked, an exchange for the product or a refund will be made.       Product exchange:
      Are there obvious signs of defects? If any defects are noticed, presumably caused by the manufacturer, contact us immediately. Such situations are extremely rare and are resolved on an individual basis. We will exchange the product immediately after it arrives at our warehouse and its condition is checked.
      Refunds:
      Have you decided to return the product and get your money back? We will refund it within 3 working days after the product arrives at our warehouse and its condition is checked, by transferring the funds to the buyer’s account or in any other convenient way for you.
      Are there any restrictions on returns/exchanges?
      • Products that have been used are not subject to return/exchange.

      PUBLIC AGREEMENT (OFFER)

      for ordering, purchasing, and delivering goods.
      This agreement is an official and public offer from the Seller to conclude a sales contract for the Goods presented on the website alba-soboni.ua. This agreement is public, meaning that according to Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are the same for all buyers regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur) without giving preference to one buyer over another. By entering into this Agreement, the buyer fully accepts the terms and procedures for ordering, paying for, delivering, and returning the goods, as well as the responsibility for dishonest orders and all other terms of the agreement. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment the buyer clicks the “CONFIRM ORDER” or “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” button on the order page in the “CART” section and the buyer receives an electronic confirmation of the order from the Seller.

      1. Definitions
      1.1. Public offer (hereinafter – the “Offer”) – a public proposal from the Seller, addressed to an indefinite number of persons, to conclude a sales contract for goods remotely (hereinafter – the “Agreement”) under the terms contained in this Offer.

      1.2. Goods or Services – the subject of the agreement between the parties, which was chosen by the buyer on the website of the online store and placed in the cart, or already purchased by the Buyer from the Seller remotely.

      1.3. Online Store – the Seller’s website at alba-soboni.ua, created for the conclusion of retail and wholesale sales contracts based on the Buyer’s acquaintance with the description of the Goods offered by the Seller via the Internet.

      1.4. Buyer – a legally capable individual who has reached the age of 18, receives information from the Seller, places an order for the purchase of goods presented on the website of the online store for purposes not related to entrepreneurial activities, or a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur.

      1.5. Seller – Private Entrepreneur Dmytro Eduardovych Soboliev (TIN 2525509116), located at: 42706 Sumy region, city of Okhtyrka, street Ivan Shapoval, building 8.

      2. Subject of the Agreement

      2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods into the ownership of the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.

      2.2. The date of conclusion of the Offer Agreement (acceptance of the offer) and the moment of the Buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Agreement shall be the date of the Buyer’s completion of the order form located on the website of the online store, provided the Buyer receives an electronic confirmation of the order from the Seller. If necessary, at the Buyer’s request, the Agreement can be executed in writing.

      3. Ordering

      3.1. The Buyer independently places an order in the online store through the “Cart” form, or by placing an order via email or by phone indicated in the contact section of the online store.

      3.2. The Seller has the right to refuse to transfer the order to the Buyer if the information provided by the Buyer during the order is incomplete or raises suspicion about its validity.

      3.3. When placing an order on the website of the online store, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following mandatory information required by the Seller to fulfill the order:

      3.3.1. the Buyer’s surname, first name;

      3.3.2. the address to which the Goods should be delivered (if delivery to the Buyer’s address);

      3.3.3. contact phone number.

      3.3.4. Identification code for a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur.

      3.4. The name, quantity, article, price of the Goods chosen by the Buyer are indicated in the Buyer’s cart on the website of the online store.

      3.5. If either party to the agreement requires additional information, they have the right to request it from the other party. In case of non-provision of the necessary information by the Buyer, the Seller is not responsible for providing a quality service to the Buyer when purchasing goods in the online store.

      3.6. When placing an order through the Seller’s operator (p. 3.1 of this Offer), the Buyer undertakes to provide the information specified in p. 3.3 – 3.4 of this Offer.

      3.7. Acceptance of the Buyer’s terms of this Offer is carried out by entering the Buyer’s relevant data in the form on the website of the online store or when placing an order through the operator. After placing an order through the Operator, the Buyer’s data is entered into the Seller’s database.

      3.8. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.

      3.9. By concluding the Agreement, that is, accepting the terms of this offer (the proposed terms of purchasing the Goods), by placing an Order, the Buyer confirms the following:

      a) The Buyer is fully acquainted with and agrees to the terms of this offer (offer);

      b) The Buyer gives permission for the collection, processing, and transfer of personal data, permission for the processing of personal data is valid throughout the term of the Agreement, as well as for an unlimited period after its expiration. In addition, by concluding the agreement, the Buyer confirms that they are informed (without additional notification) about the rights established by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data,” about the purposes of data collection, as well as that their personal data is transferred to the Seller to fulfill the terms of this Agreement, the possibility of mutual settlements, as well as to receive invoices, acts, and other documents. The Buyer also agrees that the Seller has the right to provide access and transfer their personal data to third parties without any additional notifications to the Buyer to fulfill the Buyer’s order. The scope of the Buyer’s rights, as a subject of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data,” is known and understandable to them.

      4. Price and Delivery of Goods

      4.1 Prices for Goods and services are determined by the Seller independently and are indicated on the website of the online store. All prices for Goods and services are indicated on the website in hryvnias.

      4.2 Prices for Goods and services may be changed by the Seller unilaterally depending on market conditions. At the same time, the price of a separate unit of Goods, the cost of which has been fully paid by the Buyer, cannot be changed by the Seller unilaterally.

      4.3. The cost of the Goods indicated on the website of the online store does not include the cost of delivering the Goods to the Buyer (exception – offer for free delivery). The cost of delivering the Goods is paid by the Buyer according to the current tariffs of delivery services (carriers) directly to the chosen delivery service (carrier).

      4.4. The cost of the Goods indicated on the website of the online store does not include the cost of delivering the Goods to the Buyer’s address.

      4.5. The Seller may indicate the approximate cost of delivering the Goods to the Buyer’s address when the Buyer requests the Seller by sending a letter to the email or when placing an order through the operator of the online store.

      4.6. The Buyer’s obligations to pay for the Goods are considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are received by the Seller.

      4.7. Settlements between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods are made in the ways indicated on the website of the online store in the “Payment” section.

      4.8. Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer must check the compliance of the Goods with the quality and quantity characteristics (name of the goods, quantity, completeness) in the presence of the delivery service representative (carrier).

      4.9. The Buyer or their representative, when accepting the Goods, confirms with their signature on the receipt/in the order/in the consignment note for the delivery of goods that they have no claims regarding the quantity of the goods, their external appearance, and completeness.

      4.10. Ownership and the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods pass to the Buyer or their representative from the moment the Goods are received by the Buyer in the city of delivery of the Goods during the self-delivery of the Goods from the Seller or when the Seller hands over the goods to the delivery service (carrier) chosen by the Buyer.

      5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

      5.1. The Seller is obliged:

      5.1.1. To transfer the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Buyer’s order.

      5.1.2. Not to disclose any private information about the Buyer and not to provide access to this information to third parties, except as provided by law and during the execution of the Buyer’s order.

      5.2. The Seller has the right:

      5.2.1 To change the terms of this Agreement, as well as prices for Goods and services, unilaterally by posting them on the website of the online store. All changes take effect from the moment they are posted on the website of the online store.

      5.3. The Buyer is obliged:

      5.3.1. Before the conclusion of the Agreement, to familiarize themselves with the content and terms of the Agreement, the prices for the Goods offered by the Seller on the website of the online store.

      5.3.2. To get acquainted with the information about the Goods that the Seller places on the website of the online store.

      5.3.3. To pay for and receive the order under the terms of this Agreement.

      5.4. The Buyer has the right:

      5.4.1 To place an order in the online store.

      5.4.2. To require the Seller to fulfill the terms of this Agreement.

      6. Liability of the Parties

      6.1. The Parties are responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the terms of this Agreement in the manner provided by this Agreement and current legislation of Ukraine.

      6.2. In case of force majeure circumstances, the Parties are exempt from fulfilling the terms of this Agreement. Force majeure circumstances for the purposes of this Agreement mean events of an extraordinary, unavoidable, and objective nature that exclude or objectively hinder the execution of this Agreement, the occurrence of which the Parties could not foresee and prevent by reasonable measures.

      6.3. The party referring to force majeure must, within 5 (five) calendar days, notify the other party in writing about the occurrence of such circumstances.

      6.4. If due to force majeure circumstances, non-fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement continues for more than five months, either of the Parties has the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally by notifying the other party in writing.

      7. Other Conditions

      7.1. The information provided by the Buyer is confidential. The Seller uses the information about the Buyer exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the Buyer’s order, sending messages to the Buyer, delivering goods, making mutual settlements, etc.

      7.2. By self-acquiring the Goods, the Buyer grants the Seller permission to send information about the Goods, ongoing promotions, and other events to the Buyer’s email and phone number.

      7.3. The Buyer gives the Seller the right to collect, process, and store the Buyer’s personal data for the purposes of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement.

      7.4. The Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

      7.5. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer accepts the terms of this Offer and makes an advance payment for the order in the manner provided for in this Offer.

      8. Duration of the Agreement and Procedure for Its Termination

      8.1. The Agreement comes into force from the moment of its conclusion (acceptance of the offer) and is valid until the fulfillment of all terms of the Agreement.

      8.2. Before the expiration of the Agreement, this Agreement can be terminated by mutual agreement of the Parties.

      8.3. The Parties have the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally in case of non-fulfillment by one of the Parties of the terms of this Agreement and in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.

      9. Final Provisions

      9.1. This Agreement is an offer.

      9.2. By agreeing to this Agreement, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree with the terms of this Agreement.

      9.3. By accepting this offer, the Buyer agrees to all terms of this Agreement, and also gives consent to the Seller for the processing of personal data for the purposes of fulfilling this Agreement, conducting settlements, receiving invoices, acts, and other documents, as well as for marketing purposes and sending information about Goods, promotions, and other events to the Buyer’s email and phone number.
