- Alba Soboni is a registered Ukrainian brand specializing in bags, clothing, and linen textiles. We would love to call ourselves young, but that’s not the case. We are experienced! Our brand’s history dates back to 1999.
- Alba Soboni brings a touch of Italy to Ukraine. The first word in our name (“alba”) means “dawn” in Italian, and the second (“soboni”) is created from the founders’ last names.

📦 Delivery within Ukraine

Within Ukraine, we ship orders using two postal services of your choice:
- “Nova Poshta” (payment is available upon receipt or online):
  - To a branch – pick up your order at any branch convenient for you.
  - To a parcel locker – queue-free and at any time (for parcels of appropriate dimensions).
  - Address delivery by courier – a courier will deliver your purchase right to your doorstep.
  - 💡 Friendly Reminder: For Nova Poshta, the “Pay Later” (cash on delivery) service is available for orders up to UAH 4,000.
- “Ukrposhta” (delivery to any corner of Ukraine):

Warranty Obligations

We are confident in the quality of our products, which is why we provide an extended 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.

If a client contacts us within this period and a defect is confirmed, we will provide a free repair or product replacement.

What the warranty covers:

The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects and material flaws caused by the manufacturer. This includes:
- Hardware: breakage of zippers, carabiners, snap buttons, magnets, or buckles.
- Seams: splitting threads at the joints of parts, tearing of the lining seam, or handle attachments.
- Material: peeling or cracking of faux leather (if not a mechanical cut), or fraying of textiles due to improper cutting.
What the warranty DOES NOT cover:

We will be forced to refuse free repair or replacement if the damage is of a mechanical or operational nature:
- Wear and tear: natural scuffs on faux leather, pilling of textiles, or scratches on metal hardware.
- Overloading: torn handles or straps caused by carrying items that exceed the allowable weight limit (over 3–5 kg).
- Chemical exposure: stains from perfumes, creams, cleaning agents, or color bleeding onto the faux leather from contact with denim clothing.
- Force majeure and other factors: cuts, cigarette burns, tears from catching on sharp objects, as well as damage caused by animals (claw marks, teeth marks, etc.).

International Returns & Exchanges

Please keep in mind a few simple guidelines for international returns:
- Timeframe: You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your package.

- Shipping costs: The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.
- Refunds: Please note that we refund the full purchase price of the item itself. Original shipping fees (transportation costs) are non-refundable.

Public contract
PUBLIC CONTRACT (OFFER)

for ordering, sale, and delivery of goods

This Contract is an official and public offer of the Seller to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of Goods presented on the website alba-soboni.ua. This Contract is public, which means that pursuant to Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are identical for all buyers regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur) without giving preference to one buyer over another.

By concluding this Contract, the Buyer fully accepts the terms and procedures for placing an order, paying for goods, delivering goods, returning goods, liability for a non-bona fide order, and all other terms of the Contract.

The Contract is considered concluded with the Seller from the moment the Buyer clicks the “CONFIRM ORDER” or “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” button on the checkout page in the “CART” Section and receives an electronic order confirmation from the Seller.
1. Definition of Terms
1.1. Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) – a public proposal of the Seller addressed to an indefinite circle of persons to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) under the conditions contained in this Offer.

1.2. Goods or Service – the object of the agreement between the parties, which was selected by the Buyer on the website of the Online Store and placed into the cart, or has already been purchased by the Buyer from the Seller remotely.

1.3. Online Store – the Seller’s website at the address alba-soboni.ua, created for the conclusion of retail and wholesale purchase and sale contracts based on the Buyer’s familiarization with the description of the Goods proposed by the Seller via the Internet.

1.4. Buyer – a legally capable individual who has reached the age of 18, receives information from the Seller, places an order to purchase goods presented on the website of the Online Store for purposes not related to entrepreneurial activity, or a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur.

1.5. Seller – the business entity that is the owner or seller of the Goods and with whom the Contract is concluded:
- Individual Entrepreneur Stolbova Nataliia Viktorivna (EDRPOU/TIN 2634712709), registered office address: 8 Ivana Shapovala Str., Okhtyrka, Sumy Oblast, 42706, Ukraine.
1. Subject of the Contract
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Contract.

2.2. The date of conclusion of the Offer Contract (acceptance of the offer) and the moment of full and unconditional acceptance of the Contract terms by the Buyer is considered to be the date the Buyer completes the order form located on the website of the Online Store, provided that the Buyer receives an electronic order confirmation from the Seller, or the moment of payment on the website (depending on the chosen method of payment). If necessary, at the request of the Buyer, the Contract may be drawn up in written form.
1. Placing an Order
3.1. The Buyer independently places an order in the Online Store through the “Cart” form, or by placing an order via email or the phone number specified in the contact section of the Online Store.

3.2. The Seller has the right to refuse to transfer the order to the Buyer if the information provided by the Buyer when placing the order is incomplete or raises suspicion regarding its validity.

3.3. When placing an order on the website of the Online Store, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following mandatory information required by the Seller to fulfill the order:
- 3.1. Surname and first name of the Buyer;
- 3.2. Delivery address for the Goods (name of the locality and the branch/parcel locker number of the delivery service, or the exact address if courier delivery to the Buyer’s address is selected);
- 3.3. Contact phone number;
- 3.4. Identification code (EDRPOU/RNOKPP) – exclusively for Buyers who are legal entities or individual entrepreneurs.
3.4. The name, quantity, item number (SKU), and price of the Goods selected by the Buyer are indicated in the Buyer’s cart on the website of the Online Store.

3.5. If either Party to the Contract requires additional information, it has the right to request it from the other Party. The Seller has the right, either independently or through the website managers, to request data from the Buyer necessary for shipping the goods or processing payments. If the Buyer fails to provide the required information, the Seller shall not be held liable for providing a quality service to the Buyer when purchasing goods in the online store.

3.6. When placing an order through the operator of the Online Store, the Buyer undertakes to provide the information specified in clauses 3.3 – 3.4 of this Offer.

3.7. The Buyer accepts the terms of this Offer by entering the relevant data into the form on the website of the Online Store or when placing an Order through the operator. After placing an Order through the operator, the Buyer’s data is entered into the database used by the Seller to ensure the functioning of the Online Store.

3.8. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.

3.9. By concluding the Contract, i.e., accepting the terms of this offer (the proposed terms for purchasing the Goods) by placing an Order, the Buyer confirms the following:
- a) The Buyer is fully and completely familiar with and agrees to the terms of this proposal (offer);
- b) The Buyer grants permission for the collection, processing, and transfer of personal data to the Seller using the online store platform alba-soboni.ua. The permission to process personal data is valid for the entire duration of the Contract, as well as for an indefinite period after its expiration. In addition, by concluding the contract, the Buyer confirms that they have been notified (without additional notice) of the rights established by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” the purposes of data collection, and that their personal data is transferred to the Seller to enable the fulfillment of the terms of this Contract, to facilitate mutual settlements, and to receive invoices, receipts, delivery notes, and other documents. The Buyer also agrees that the Seller has the right to provide access to and transfer their personal data to third parties (including delivery services, financial operators such as NovaPay LLC, and the WayForPay payment system) without any additional notification to the Buyer, for the purpose of fulfilling the Buyer’s order and conducting settlements. The scope of the Buyer’s rights as a personal data subject under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” is known and understood by the Buyer.
1. Price and Delivery of Goods
4.1. Prices for Goods and services are determined independently by the Seller and are specified on the website of the Online Store. All prices for Goods and services on the website are indicated in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH).

4.2. Prices for Goods and services may be changed by the Seller unilaterally depending on market conditions. However, the price of an individual item of Goods, the cost of which has been paid by the Buyer in full, cannot be changed by the Seller unilaterally.

4.3. The cost of the Goods indicated on the website of the Online Store does not include the cost of delivering the Goods to the Buyer (except for free shipping offers). The Buyer pays the shipping cost in accordance with the current tariffs of the delivery services (carriers) directly to the selected delivery service (carrier).

4.4. The cost of the Goods indicated on the website of the Online Store does not include the cost of address delivery to the Buyer.

4.5. The Seller may indicate the estimated cost of delivering the Goods to the Buyer’s address upon the Buyer’s request sent via email or when placing an order through the operator of the online store.

4.6. The methods of payment and the fulfillment of the Buyer’s payment obligations depend on the destination of the delivery:
- 6.1. For shipping within Ukraine: Payment can be made either “Online on the website” (via the WayForPay payment system) or as “Cash on Delivery” (upon receipt at the branch or from the courier of the “Nova Poshta” delivery service via the financial operator “NovaPay” LLC). The Buyer’s payment obligations are considered fulfilled from the moment the transaction is successfully completed via WayForPay and funds are credited to the Seller’s account, or from the moment cash is paid to the delivery service operator/courier.
- 6.2. For International Shipping (outside Ukraine): The Cash on Delivery option is not available. International orders are subject to 100% advance payment only. The Buyer must pay the full price of the Goods and the international shipping cost (based on the calculations provided by the manager) online prior to dispatch. The payment obligation is considered fulfilled only after the full amount is credited to the Seller’s account.
4.7. Settlements between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods are carried out by the methods specified on the website of the Online Store in the “Payment” section.

4.8. Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer must, in the presence of the delivery service representative (carrier), check the conformity of the Goods with the quality and quantity characteristics (name of the goods, quantity, completeness).

4.9. The Buyer or their representative, when accepting the Goods, confirms with their signature on the sales receipt / or on the order / or on the delivery note of the Seller / or on the transport consignment note for the delivery of goods, that they have no claims regarding the quantity, appearance, and completeness of the goods.

4.10. Ownership and the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods pass to the Buyer or their Representative from the moment the Buyer receives the Goods at the destination point in the case of self-collection of the Goods from the Seller, or at the moment the Seller transfers the goods to the delivery service (carrier) selected by the Buyer.
1. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
5.1. The Seller is obliged to:
- 1.1. Transfer the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Contract and the Buyer’s order.
- 1.2. Not disclose any private information about the Buyer and not provide access to this information to third parties, except as provided by law and during the execution of the Buyer’s Order. The Buyer agrees that to ensure the fulfillment of the order, their personal data may be made available to the delivery service (carrier).
5.2. The Seller has the right to:
- 2.1. Change the terms of this Contract, as well as the prices of Goods and services, unilaterally by posting them on the website of the Online Store. All changes take effect from the moment of their publication.
5.3. The Buyer undertakes to:
- 3.1. Prior to the conclusion of the Contract, familiarize themselves with the content of the Contract, its terms, and the prices offered by the Seller on the website of the Online Store.
- 3.2. In order for the Seller to fulfill their obligations to the Buyer, the latter must provide all necessary data that unambiguously identifies them as the Buyer and is sufficient for the delivery of the ordered Goods to the Buyer.
1. Return of Goods and Funds
6.1. The Buyer has the right to return non-food Goods of proper quality to the Seller if the goods do not satisfy them in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used by them for their intended purpose. The Buyer has the right to return Goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of receipt. The return of Goods of proper quality is carried out if they have not been used and if their product appearance, consumer properties, packaging, seals, tags, as well as the payment document (fiscal receipt or payment system receipt) issued to the Buyer for payment of the Goods by the Seller, are preserved. The list of goods not subject to return on the grounds provided for in this clause is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

6.2. The refund of the cost of Goods of proper quality to the Buyer is carried out within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment such Goods are received by the Seller, provided that the requirements stipulated in clause 6.1 of the Contract and the current legislation of Ukraine are met.

6.3. The refund of funds to the Buyer is carried out exclusively by the Seller who received the payment for these Goods.
- 3.1. If the Goods were paid for “Online on the website,” the refund is carried out by Individual Entrepreneur Stolbova Nataliia Viktorivna primarily by canceling the transaction through the WayForPay payment service or via transfer to the bank card from which the payment was made.
- 3.2. If the Goods were paid for via “Cash on Delivery” (applicable within Ukraine only), the refund is carried out by Individual Entrepreneur Stolbova Nataliia Viktorivna via non-cash bank transfer to the current account (IBAN) specified by the Buyer, opened in a Ukrainian bank.
6.4. The return of Goods of proper quality to the Seller’s address is carried out at the Buyer’s expense and is not reimbursed to the Buyer by the Seller.

6.5. In case of detecting defects in the Goods within the established warranty period, the Buyer personally, in accordance with the procedure and within the timeframes established by the legislation of Ukraine, has the right to present to the Seller the claims provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights.” When presenting claims for the free elimination of defects, the period for their elimination is calculated from the date the Seller receives the Goods into their possession and gains physical access to such Goods.

6.6. The review of claims provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” is conducted by the Seller, provided that the Buyer submits the documents required by the current legislation of Ukraine (including the payment document issued by the Seller). The Seller is not responsible for defects in the Goods that arose after their transfer to the Buyer as a result of the Buyer’s violation of the rules for using or storing the Goods, actions of third parties, or force majeure.

6.7. The Buyer has no right to refuse Goods of proper quality that have individually defined properties, if such goods can be used exclusively by the Buyer who purchased them (including, at the Buyer’s request, non-standard sizes, characteristics, appearance, configuration, etc.). Proof that the goods have individually defined properties is the difference in sizes and other characteristics from those specified in the online store.

6.8. The physical return of the goods in cases stipulated by law and this Contract is carried out to the address specified on the website in the “Contacts” section or agreed with the manager of the Online Store during the submission of the return request.
1. Liability
7.1. The Seller shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the Buyer or third parties as a result of the improper use or storage of the Goods purchased from the Seller.

7.2. The Seller shall not be held liable for the improper or untimely fulfillment of Orders and their obligations if the Buyer provides inaccurate or erroneous information.

7.3. The Seller and the Buyer shall be held liable for the fulfillment of their obligations in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the provisions of this Contract.

7.4. The Seller or the Buyer shall be released from liability for full or partial non-fulfillment of their obligations if such non-fulfillment is the result of force majeure circumstances, such as: war or military actions, earthquake, flood, fire, and other natural disasters that arose independently of the will of the Seller and/or the Buyer after the conclusion of this Contract. The Party that is unable to fulfill its obligations shall immediately notify the other Party.
1. Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection
8.1. By providing their personal data on the website of the Online Store alba-soboni.ua during registration or when placing an Order, the Buyer grants the Seller their voluntary consent to the processing, use (including transfer) of their personal data, as well as the performance of other actions provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” without any limitation on the validity period of such consent.

8.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Buyer. It shall not be considered a violation for the Seller to provide information to contractors and third parties acting on the basis of a contract with the Seller (including delivery services, financial operators, and the WayForPay payment system) in order to fulfill obligations to the Buyer, as well as in cases where the disclosure of such information is required by the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.3. The Buyer is responsible for keeping their personal data up to date. The Seller shall not be held liable for poor performance or non-fulfillment of their obligations due to the Buyer’s information being outdated or inconsistent with reality.
1. Other Conditions
9.1. This Contract is concluded on the territory of Ukraine and operates in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

9.2. All disputes arising between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiations. In the event that a settlement of the disputed issue cannot be reached through negotiations, the Buyer and/or the Seller have the right to apply to judicial authorities for dispute resolution in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

9.3. The Seller has the right to make changes to this Contract unilaterally, as provided for in clause 5.2.1 of the Contract. In addition, changes to the Contract may also be made by mutual agreement of the Parties in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine.

Warranty Obligations

We are confident in the quality of our products, which is why we provide an extended 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.

If a client contacts us within this period and a defect is confirmed, we will provide a free repair or product replacement.

What the warranty covers:

The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects and material flaws caused by the manufacturer. This includes:
- Hardware: breakage of zippers, carabiners, snap buttons, magnets, or buckles.
- Seams: splitting threads at the joints of parts, tearing of the lining seam, or handle attachments.
- Material: peeling or cracking of faux leather (if not a mechanical cut), or fraying of textiles due to improper cutting.
What the warranty DOES NOT cover:

We will be forced to refuse free repair or replacement if the damage is of a mechanical or operational nature:
- Wear and tear: natural scuffs on faux leather, pilling of textiles, or scratches on metal hardware.
- Overloading: torn handles or straps caused by carrying items that exceed the allowable weight limit (over 3–5 kg).
- Chemical exposure: stains from perfumes, creams, cleaning agents, or color bleeding onto the faux leather from contact with denim clothing.
- Force majeure and other factors: cuts, cigarette burns, tears from catching on sharp objects, as well as damage caused by animals (claw marks, teeth marks, etc.).

Public contract
PUBLIC CONTRACT (OFFER)

for ordering, sale, and delivery of goods

This Contract is an official and public offer of the Seller to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of Goods presented on the website alba-soboni.ua. This Contract is public, which means that pursuant to Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its terms are identical for all buyers regardless of their status (individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur) without giving preference to one buyer over another.

By concluding this Contract, the Buyer fully accepts the terms and procedures for placing an order, paying for goods, delivering goods, returning goods, liability for a non-bona fide order, and all other terms of the Contract.

The Contract is considered concluded with the Seller from the moment the Buyer clicks the “CONFIRM ORDER” or “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” button on the checkout page in the “CART” Section and receives an electronic order confirmation from the Seller.
1. Definition of Terms
1.1. Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) – a public proposal of the Seller addressed to an indefinite circle of persons to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) under the conditions contained in this Offer.

1.2. Goods or Service – the object of the agreement between the parties, which was selected by the Buyer on the website of the Online Store and placed into the cart, or has already been purchased by the Buyer from the Seller remotely.

1.3. Online Store – the Seller’s website at the address alba-soboni.ua, created for the conclusion of retail and wholesale purchase and sale contracts based on the Buyer’s familiarization with the description of the Goods proposed by the Seller via the Internet.

1.4. Buyer – a legally capable individual who has reached the age of 18, receives information from the Seller, places an order to purchase goods presented on the website of the Online Store for purposes not related to entrepreneurial activity, or a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur.

1.5. Seller – the business entity that is the owner or seller of the Goods and with whom the Contract is concluded:
- Individual Entrepreneur Stolbova Nataliia Viktorivna (EDRPOU/TIN 2634712709), registered office address: 8 Ivana Shapovala Str., Okhtyrka, Sumy Oblast, 42706, Ukraine.
1. Subject of the Contract
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Contract.

2.2. The date of conclusion of the Offer Contract (acceptance of the offer) and the moment of full and unconditional acceptance of the Contract terms by the Buyer is considered to be the date the Buyer completes the order form located on the website of the Online Store, provided that the Buyer receives an electronic order confirmation from the Seller, or the moment of payment on the website (depending on the chosen method of payment). If necessary, at the request of the Buyer, the Contract may be drawn up in written form.
1. Placing an Order
3.1. The Buyer independently places an order in the Online Store through the “Cart” form, or by placing an order via email or the phone number specified in the contact section of the Online Store.

3.2. The Seller has the right to refuse to transfer the order to the Buyer if the information provided by the Buyer when placing the order is incomplete or raises suspicion regarding its validity.

3.3. When placing an order on the website of the Online Store, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following mandatory information required by the Seller to fulfill the order:
- 3.1. Surname and first name of the Buyer;
- 3.2. Delivery address for the Goods (name of the locality and the branch/parcel locker number of the delivery service, or the exact address if courier delivery to the Buyer’s address is selected);
- 3.3. Contact phone number;
- 3.4. Identification code (EDRPOU/RNOKPP) – exclusively for Buyers who are legal entities or individual entrepreneurs.
3.4. The name, quantity, item number (SKU), and price of the Goods selected by the Buyer are indicated in the Buyer’s cart on the website of the Online Store.

3.5. If either Party to the Contract requires additional information, it has the right to request it from the other Party. The Seller has the right, either independently or through the website managers, to request data from the Buyer necessary for shipping the goods or processing payments. If the Buyer fails to provide the required information, the Seller shall not be held liable for providing a quality service to the Buyer when purchasing goods in the online store.

3.6. When placing an order through the operator of the Online Store, the Buyer undertakes to provide the information specified in clauses 3.3 – 3.4 of this Offer.

3.7. The Buyer accepts the terms of this Offer by entering the relevant data into the form on the website of the Online Store or when placing an Order through the operator. After placing an Order through the operator, the Buyer’s data is entered into the database used by the Seller to ensure the functioning of the Online Store.

3.8. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.

3.9. By concluding the Contract, i.e., accepting the terms of this offer (the proposed terms for purchasing the Goods) by placing an Order, the Buyer confirms the following:
- a) The Buyer is fully and completely familiar with and agrees to the terms of this proposal (offer);
- b) The Buyer grants permission for the collection, processing, and transfer of personal data to the Seller using the online store platform alba-soboni.ua. The permission to process personal data is valid for the entire duration of the Contract, as well as for an indefinite period after its expiration. In addition, by concluding the contract, the Buyer confirms that they have been notified (without additional notice) of the rights established by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” the purposes of data collection, and that their personal data is transferred to the Seller to enable the fulfillment of the terms of this Contract, to facilitate mutual settlements, and to receive invoices, receipts, delivery notes, and other documents. The Buyer also agrees that the Seller has the right to provide access to and transfer their personal data to third parties (including delivery services, financial operators such as NovaPay LLC, and the WayForPay payment system) without any additional notification to the Buyer, for the purpose of fulfilling the Buyer’s order and conducting settlements. The scope of the Buyer’s rights as a personal data subject under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” is known and understood by the Buyer.
1. Price and Delivery of Goods
4.1. Prices for Goods and services are determined independently by the Seller and are specified on the website of the Online Store. All prices for Goods and services on the website are indicated in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH).

4.2. Prices for Goods and services may be changed by the Seller unilaterally depending on market conditions. However, the price of an individual item of Goods, the cost of which has been paid by the Buyer in full, cannot be changed by the Seller unilaterally.

4.3. The cost of the Goods indicated on the website of the Online Store does not include the cost of delivering the Goods to the Buyer (except for free shipping offers). The Buyer pays the shipping cost in accordance with the current tariffs of the delivery services (carriers) directly to the selected delivery service (carrier).

4.4. The cost of the Goods indicated on the website of the Online Store does not include the cost of address delivery to the Buyer.

4.5. The Seller may indicate the estimated cost of delivering the Goods to the Buyer’s address upon the Buyer’s request sent via email or when placing an order through the operator of the online store.

4.6. The methods of payment and the fulfillment of the Buyer’s payment obligations depend on the destination of the delivery:
- 6.1. For shipping within Ukraine: Payment can be made either “Online on the website” (via the WayForPay payment system) or as “Cash on Delivery” (upon receipt at the branch or from the courier of the “Nova Poshta” delivery service via the financial operator “NovaPay” LLC). The Buyer’s payment obligations are considered fulfilled from the moment the transaction is successfully completed via WayForPay and funds are credited to the Seller’s account, or from the moment cash is paid to the delivery service operator/courier.
- 6.2. For International Shipping (outside Ukraine): The Cash on Delivery option is not available. International orders are subject to 100% advance payment only. The Buyer must pay the full price of the Goods and the international shipping cost (based on the calculations provided by the manager) online prior to dispatch. The payment obligation is considered fulfilled only after the full amount is credited to the Seller’s account.
4.7. Settlements between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods are carried out by the methods specified on the website of the Online Store in the “Payment” section.

4.8. Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer must, in the presence of the delivery service representative (carrier), check the conformity of the Goods with the quality and quantity characteristics (name of the goods, quantity, completeness).

4.9. The Buyer or their representative, when accepting the Goods, confirms with their signature on the sales receipt / or on the order / or on the delivery note of the Seller / or on the transport consignment note for the delivery of goods, that they have no claims regarding the quantity, appearance, and completeness of the goods.

4.10. Ownership and the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods pass to the Buyer or their Representative from the moment the Buyer receives the Goods at the destination point in the case of self-collection of the Goods from the Seller, or at the moment the Seller transfers the goods to the delivery service (carrier) selected by the Buyer.
1. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
5.1. The Seller is obliged to:
- 1.1. Transfer the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Contract and the Buyer’s order.
- 1.2. Not disclose any private information about the Buyer and not provide access to this information to third parties, except as provided by law and during the execution of the Buyer’s Order. The Buyer agrees that to ensure the fulfillment of the order, their personal data may be made available to the delivery service (carrier).
5.2. The Seller has the right to:
- 2.1. Change the terms of this Contract, as well as the prices of Goods and services, unilaterally by posting them on the website of the Online Store. All changes take effect from the moment of their publication.
5.3. The Buyer undertakes to:
- 3.1. Prior to the conclusion of the Contract, familiarize themselves with the content of the Contract, its terms, and the prices offered by the Seller on the website of the Online Store.
- 3.2. In order for the Seller to fulfill their obligations to the Buyer, the latter must provide all necessary data that unambiguously identifies them as the Buyer and is sufficient for the delivery of the ordered Goods to the Buyer.
1. Return of Goods and Funds
6.1. The Buyer has the right to return non-food Goods of proper quality to the Seller if the goods do not satisfy them in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used by them for their intended purpose. The Buyer has the right to return Goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of receipt. The return of Goods of proper quality is carried out if they have not been used and if their product appearance, consumer properties, packaging, seals, tags, as well as the payment document (fiscal receipt or payment system receipt) issued to the Buyer for payment of the Goods by the Seller, are preserved. The list of goods not subject to return on the grounds provided for in this clause is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

6.2. The refund of the cost of Goods of proper quality to the Buyer is carried out within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment such Goods are received by the Seller, provided that the requirements stipulated in clause 6.1 of the Contract and the current legislation of Ukraine are met.

6.3. The refund of funds to the Buyer is carried out exclusively by the Seller who received the payment for these Goods.
- 3.1. If the Goods were paid for “Online on the website,” the refund is carried out by Individual Entrepreneur Stolbova Nataliia Viktorivna primarily by canceling the transaction through the WayForPay payment service or via transfer to the bank card from which the payment was made.
- 3.2. If the Goods were paid for via “Cash on Delivery” (applicable within Ukraine only), the refund is carried out by Individual Entrepreneur Stolbova Nataliia Viktorivna via non-cash bank transfer to the current account (IBAN) specified by the Buyer, opened in a Ukrainian bank.
6.4. The return of Goods of proper quality to the Seller’s address is carried out at the Buyer’s expense and is not reimbursed to the Buyer by the Seller.

6.5. In case of detecting defects in the Goods within the established warranty period, the Buyer personally, in accordance with the procedure and within the timeframes established by the legislation of Ukraine, has the right to present to the Seller the claims provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights.” When presenting claims for the free elimination of defects, the period for their elimination is calculated from the date the Seller receives the Goods into their possession and gains physical access to such Goods.

6.6. The review of claims provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” is conducted by the Seller, provided that the Buyer submits the documents required by the current legislation of Ukraine (including the payment document issued by the Seller). The Seller is not responsible for defects in the Goods that arose after their transfer to the Buyer as a result of the Buyer’s violation of the rules for using or storing the Goods, actions of third parties, or force majeure.

6.7. The Buyer has no right to refuse Goods of proper quality that have individually defined properties, if such goods can be used exclusively by the Buyer who purchased them (including, at the Buyer’s request, non-standard sizes, characteristics, appearance, configuration, etc.). Proof that the goods have individually defined properties is the difference in sizes and other characteristics from those specified in the online store.

6.8. The physical return of the goods in cases stipulated by law and this Contract is carried out to the address specified on the website in the “Contacts” section or agreed with the manager of the Online Store during the submission of the return request.
1. Liability
7.1. The Seller shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the Buyer or third parties as a result of the improper use or storage of the Goods purchased from the Seller.

7.2. The Seller shall not be held liable for the improper or untimely fulfillment of Orders and their obligations if the Buyer provides inaccurate or erroneous information.

7.3. The Seller and the Buyer shall be held liable for the fulfillment of their obligations in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the provisions of this Contract.

7.4. The Seller or the Buyer shall be released from liability for full or partial non-fulfillment of their obligations if such non-fulfillment is the result of force majeure circumstances, such as: war or military actions, earthquake, flood, fire, and other natural disasters that arose independently of the will of the Seller and/or the Buyer after the conclusion of this Contract. The Party that is unable to fulfill its obligations shall immediately notify the other Party.
1. Confidentiality and Personal Data Protection
8.1. By providing their personal data on the website of the Online Store alba-soboni.ua during registration or when placing an Order, the Buyer grants the Seller their voluntary consent to the processing, use (including transfer) of their personal data, as well as the performance of other actions provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” without any limitation on the validity period of such consent.

8.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the information received from the Buyer. It shall not be considered a violation for the Seller to provide information to contractors and third parties acting on the basis of a contract with the Seller (including delivery services, financial operators, and the WayForPay payment system) in order to fulfill obligations to the Buyer, as well as in cases where the disclosure of such information is required by the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.3. The Buyer is responsible for keeping their personal data up to date. The Seller shall not be held liable for poor performance or non-fulfillment of their obligations due to the Buyer’s information being outdated or inconsistent with reality.
1. Other Conditions
9.1. This Contract is concluded on the territory of Ukraine and operates in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

9.2. All disputes arising between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through negotiations. In the event that a settlement of the disputed issue cannot be reached through negotiations, the Buyer and/or the Seller have the right to apply to judicial authorities for dispute resolution in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

9.3. The Seller has the right to make changes to this Contract unilaterally, as provided for in clause 5.2.1 of the Contract. In addition, changes to the Contract may also be made by mutual agreement of the Parties in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
